What we cover
- Windows/macOS endpoints, updates, drivers
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams) & basic Google Workspace
- Email & DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), client configuration
- Networking: VPN, basic firewall settings, printers & file sharing
- Backups & restore for files, basic recoveries
- Security: MFA, hardening, basic endpoint malware cleanup
How it works
- Ticket intake with priority and description
- Time estimate & your approval
- Secure remote session with user consent
- Resolution & brief report of actions taken
Billing & SLAs
- Hourly billing with a minimum of 60′, then billed in 15′ increments
- 8×5 availability by default. After-hours & 24×7 on-call available with surcharge
- Critical incidents: target start within 60′ subject to availability
Limits & exclusions
- On-site visits not included (available by appointment)
- Hardware faults, parts and third-party license fees excluded
- Advanced networking/security, RMM/monitoring & engagements >2 hours are better served via Support Pack or Retainer
