4. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, structures, content, and logos created by ThinkEasy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivered websites may include open-source or licensed third-party components, which remain subject to their respective terms.
5. Third-Party Software & Integrations
ThinkEasy integrates and manages third-party tools and services (e.g., Microsoft 365 via Pax8, domains, SSL certificates, plugins). We are not liable for changes, disruptions, or refund policies that are governed by those external providers.
6. Hosting & Maintenance
ThinkEasy provides shared and VPS hosting, as well as maintenance services. While we strive for high uptime, 100% availability cannot be guaranteed due to external factors such as datacenter issues, registrars, or third-party updates.
7. Cybersecurity & Compliance Services
When ThinkEasy provides security assessments, DLP setup, or compliance advisory (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), the client remains responsible for implementing the required measures.
Certification or accreditation is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as “audit-ready preparation with third-party validation.”
8. Fees, Billing & Payment
Billing terms are defined in contracts or SLAs. Payments are typically due within 15–30 days. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services or restricted access.
9. Termination of Services
ThinkEasy may suspend or terminate services:
For contract breaches or unpaid fees
For abuse or malicious use
If required by law, regulation, or security obligations
Clients may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in their contract.
10. Service Renewals & Cancellations
Many services (hosting, domains, SSL, Microsoft 365/Pax8 subscriptions) are subscription-based and renew automatically.
Clients must submit a written cancellation request (to support@thinkeasy.gr) at least 15 days before the renewal date, unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to provide timely cancellation will result in automatic renewal and billing.
Renewed services are non-refundable, as provisioning and license activation are carried out in advance.
