Money-back guarantees help consumers reduce their risk. If you’re not happy with the service (for whatever reason), you have nothing to lose.

Note: Remember that you can escalate issues to management, if needed. Before deciding on a refund, give us a chance to earn your trust, and keep your business. We hate to see customers cancel their services with us.

Not covered:

  • 3rd party licensing (cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, etc)
  • domains
  • SSL
  • support charges
  • bare-metal dedicated servers
  • custom solutions, such as Managed Clusters
