WP Emergency Triage — rapid restore & diagnostics

When WordPress goes down or breaks (5xx/white screen, PHP/DB errors, failed updates), ThinkEasy performs immediate triage to bring it back and limit impact.

What the Emergency Triage includes

• Containment: maintenance/safe mode, temporary isolation
• Diagnostics: logs, htaccess/wp-config review, DB health checks
• Quick restore from a clean available backup
• Hotfix for common update failures / plugin-theme conflicts
• Brief incident notes: actions taken, next steps/recommendations

What it does not include

• Full malware remediation (deep scan/clean, core/theme/plugin code diff)
• Cleanliness guarantee or extended post-incident monitoring
• Third-party tools (e.g., Sucuri/MalCare/WAF licenses) — if needed, they are billed separately

If compromise is suspected (Hacked/Malware)

1. Immediate containment (WAF rules, block malicious patterns, rotate keys/passwords)
2. Rapid restore from a clean backup to get you back online (where available)
3. Quoted remediation for full cleanup & hardening (third-party tools may be required)

Note: For severe infections or missing clean backups we’ll propose an alternative recovery plan and a clear estimate before proceeding.

SLAs & prerequisites

• Target triage start: 30–60′ depending on availability/SLA
• Required access: WP Admin, SFTP/SSH, DB, Panel/DNS, CDN/WAF (if applicable)
