At ThinkEasy, we aim to provide reliable and transparent services. To reduce risk for our clients, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on selected hosting services that we directly manage.

Covered Services (ThinkEasy-managed)

• Shared Hosting

• VPS Hosting

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of activation, you may request a full refund for the above services. Before processing a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team and, if necessary, escalate to management.

Excluded Services (Non-Refundable or Third-Party Managed)

The following services are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee:

• Third-party licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux)

• Domain name registrations or renewals

• SSL certificates

• One-time support charges

• Bare-metal dedicated servers

• Custom or highly personalized solutions (e.g., Managed Clusters)

• Any third-party services provided via upstream vendors such as Pax8 (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud subscriptions, SaaS licenses, etc.)

Refunds for such services are subject exclusively to the policies of the upstream provider. ThinkEasy has no obligation to issue refunds on behalf of third-party vendors but will assist in forwarding requests when applicable.

Notes

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial activation.

• Refunds apply only to the base hosting fees of eligible services.

• After 7 days, all fees are non-refundable.
