    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.

  • How long does it take to get the Refund?

    Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-7 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

  • How do I track my Refund?
    To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
  • What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

    You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

Hosting

  • Do you offer free Migrations

    Migrating to a new hosting provider can feel overwhelming, but at ThinkEasy, we aim to make the process stress-free with our Managed Migration Service — included at no extra cost with all of our managed hosting products.

    Who is eligible for free migration?

    • cPanel or Plesk Hosting: All customers migrating from these platforms are eligible for free migration.
    • Servers without a control panel: We also support migrations from servers without a control panel on a best-effort basis due to the added complexity.
    • Cross-panel migrations: If you’re moving from cPanel to Plesk (or vice versa), you’re eligible for free migration under a best-effort basis.

    What do you need from me to complete the migration?

    Simply open a ticket to schedule your Free Server Migration. We’ll need:

    • Login details for your current hosting provider
    • Any additional information that might be relevant (e.g., if you’ve changed the SSH port on your old server).

    Will the migration include my mailboxes and their contents?

    Yes! If you have SSH access to your current server, we can migrate your mailboxes and contents using rsync. This ensures your mail is transferred seamlessly, without the hassle of manual uploads or downloads.

    Is there any risk of data loss?

    No!
    We understand that many customers worry about data loss during migration, but rest assured — there’s no risk of losing your data at ThinkEasy. Your old hosting data will remain intact, and we’ll make sure all final changes to databases and files are fully synced before switching your DNS.

    Every migration goes through a final launch checklist before DNS is switched. We’ll review your site with you (using hosts files) to ensure everything is working properly — from web forms to PHP functionality — and that there are no 404 errors or broken links.

    How long will the migration take?

    Migration times depend on the volume of data and any custom configurations needed. However, most migrations are completed within 24 hours.

  • How long does it take for my account to be activated

    We look forward to having you as our customer! Your new server will be ready as fast as possible.

    Shared hosting and VPS orders are usually activated within 30 minutes of initial security verification.
    Dedicated bare-metal servers are provisioned within 1-3 days. (Note that this varies depending on your exact configuration requirements. Sometimes a server component is not in stock.)
    Custom solutions and clustered hosting setups will vary, depending on the complexity of the setup. 

    All orders are manually reviewed by our security department to prevent fraudulent orders from being activated.
    Orders with blatantly wrong contact information, fictitious phone numbers, addresses, and anything else that would indicate a red flag are automatically quarantined by MaxMind fraud prevention system. To ensure that your account’s activation happens as early as possible, ensure that all of your account information is valid.

  • Support Response Priority Definitions

    We approach hosting support like a medic triaging on the battlefield. The most urgent issues are handled first, and lower-priority issues must wait in a queue. When you submit a ticket, you’re able to give us a suggestion on the priority.
    We may agree, and handle it immediately. Or we may disagree, and change it. To you, the customer, the support priority is simply a matter of common sense and courtesy.

Policies

  • Do you allow adult content?

    At ThinkEasy, adult material is not permitted on our Shared Hosting or Cloud VPS products.

    If you wish to host adult content on our network, a dedicated server is required. 

  • What is your Spam and Blacklisting Policy?

    At ThinkEasy, we take a zero-tolerance stance on spam because:

    • Everybody hates spam.
    • Everybody hates the people who send spam.
    • Everybody hates the hosts that allow spam.

    We’re not going to be that host.

    We understand that sometimes legitimate customers get hacked and their accounts are misused. However, spam blacklists don’t care if the spam came from an innocent victim or a malicious actor. This means that customers are 100% responsible for any spam sent through their sites and servers.

    When a complaint is received and evidence is submitted, our ThinkEasy team will investigate to determine the origin. Often, it’s easy to tell the difference between opt-in marketing and junk spam, even to a non-technical user.

    • If you sent spam intentionally, we’ll know.
    • If your site/server was hacked and used for spam, we’ll know.

    However, being a hacking victim doesn’t absolve responsibility. You are still responsible for securing your site and server. As a managed hosting customer, we can help you secure your server. If time permits, we can also offer best-effort advice on securing your websites, though the responsibility ultimately lies with you.

    Proactive Security Is Essential

    • Update your site/server regularly.
    • Monitor your systems—do not leave them unattended on autopilot.

    Repeat offenders may face account termination.

    To Professional Spammers:

    If you're a spammer, turn away now. We are not a spam-friendly hosting provider. Contrary to what you may have heard, Greece is not an "off-shore" haven for unregulated hosting. 

  • How do you deal with DDoS attacks?

    Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks are an unfortunate reality of the modern internet, often carried out by the same criminals behind spam and malware.

    At ThinkEasy, we understand that many DDoS victims are just that — victims.

    There are several types of DDoS attacks (7, to be precise), each requiring different strategies to mitigate (e.g., using Nginx, Cloudflare, etc.). We offer best-effort support to help you resolve DDoS issues.

    However, in cases of large-scale DDoS attacks that cannot be mitigated by our frontline DDoS protection systems, affected customers will be null-routed for 12 hours. This is necessary to protect our network and other clients from further disruption.

    For Repeat Victims

    Unfortunately, customers who are repeatedly targeted by large DDoS attacks may be asked to seek hosting elsewhere. We do not offer DDoS-friendly hosting and cannot serve sites that act as "DDoS magnets" — such as game servers, terrorist propaganda, or hate groups.
